“I CAN’T BELIEVE I bought a house,” Brie murmurs to herself in the dark.

I slide back up the bed so I can kiss her. She lets me pull her into my arms and seems just as eager for my mouth. Her fingers thread into my hair as I kiss her deep enough to steal her breath. “Am I a bad person?” she questions, tears welling in her chocolate eyes.

I shake my head as I push her onto her back. She parts her legs willingly and lets me slide inside of her. Her breath hitches. I cup her cheek and stare into her glimmering orbs.
