Thirty-Three
DESMOND
The storm was coming on faster than I expected. Still, I wasnât worried. There was something comforting about having Alyssa beside me in the cab of the truck.
âItâs gonna come down heavy, isnât it?â she asked.
âYeah. Big and fast.â
She chuckled from her seat. âExactly how I like it.â
I pretended to roll my eyes as she elbowed me playfully. It was so much fun, having her here. Somehow she fit in perfectly among three alpha guys, and not just in the physical sense.
Itâs because sheâs smart. Funny. Laid back.
Yeah, Alyssa was definitely all those things and more. She was self-effacing, and rolled with the punches. Like us, she didnât take herself too seriously.
And that was a rare thing nowadays.
Our task was done, and we were now on our way back to the cabin. Mr. Foster had been grateful. The drop-off had gone smoothly.
âHow many feet you think weâll get?â
âCould be as much as five or six,â I replied, eliciting a low whistle from Alyssaâs side of the cab. âOr so I heard.â
If anyone knew how the snowstorm would go, it was the two of us. Rogan and Mason were Floridians through and through. But Iâd spent winters here, and Alyssa was a Jersey girl. Sheâd seen her fair share of snowstorms and blizzards, even if they were on a smaller scale.
âGo slower,â she said abruptly.
I looked over to where she was staring out the passenger window and into the darkness.
âTrust me,â I explained. âThere might not be many streetlights up hereââ
âOr any streetlights up here,â she interjected.
ââbut I can totally handle the road,â I finished.
She was smiling now, but not at what Iâd said. It was more a sly, devilish smile.
âOh I trust you,â she said matter-of-factly. âBut thatâs not why I told you to slow down.â
I opened my mouth, but before I could get a word out she slid over and dropped a hand on my upper thigh. Her eyes flashed as she gave me a not-so-gentle squeeze. Then, wordlessly, she began fumbling with the button on my jeans.
âIâ uh⦠Oh."
She laughed. âOh? Thatâs all you have to say?â
My zipper came down. A warm hand wormed its way into my boxers.
âI⦠wellâ¦â
âYou donât have to say anything, really,â she said mercifully. Leaning closer, she put her lips right up against my ear. âAll you have to do is lift your ass from the seat,â she whispered, âso I can slide your pants down to your knees and suck you offâ¦â
The wicked emphasis she put on those last three words sent a spark of electricity through my body. I felt myself stiffen, straining against her roving hand.
âThe trick to road head,â she giggled, âis to drive slow and keep your eyes on the road. Otherwise⦠wellâ¦â
She dropped her head into my lap, pulling me manhood free. It was thick and sleepy, but rapidly waking up. Especially as she put her lips against the shaft and planted a kiss there.
âOf course, this is all in theory,â she said. âIâve actually never given road head.
