Chapter 14: Almost Dying and Finding the Zeto Crystal Energised

72 hours later, while sitting in front of my computer desk, I collapsed to the floor. I had been so absorbed by my mission to take down the World Bank, that I hadn’t left the computer for the whole time. While I had taken billions of dollars off the World Bank, it was still only the tip of the iceberg, and I felt devastated. I had hoped that Alex would come back, or at least call me, but I hadn’t heard anything from him in the last three days. Without Alex in my life, there was nothing that balanced my addiction to trading, and kept me grounded in life.

I realised that I had neither slept nor drunk any water in the last 72 hours, both life-threatening conditions, I got up from my chair to fulfil my physiological needs. I didn’t get far though, as my knees were so weak that I slipped, and hit my head, knocking me unconscious.

Suddenly, my mind was in the Divine Dimension, and I spoke to the True Maker, who had taken the form of Keila Eisenstein, my first human mother of the 29th century.

“Why are you doing this, Sabina? Why are you forsaking the physiological needs of your body?” Keila Eisenstein asked.

“I am really depressed, mother. I lost Alex, and I have nothing but my goal to live for,” I replied weakly.

“You haven’t lost Alex, darling. He loves you, and he will come back when he is ready. But if you forsake your body, there won’t be anything for him to come back to.” Keila said with a weighty voice.

“But it has been 72 hours, and I haven’t heard anything from him?” I said with tears running down my cheeks.

“Sabina, you have to let go of things you are not meant to control. But don’t forsake your body. You are dying Sabina, and that is why you are here, speaking with me. Your spirit has left your body.” Keila replied.

“Am I dead?” I asked in amazement.

“Yes, and no. Unlike other humans, you have my spirit and the option to come back. This has already saved your life on several occasions,” Keila said.

“I know, and I am grateful for that, mother,” I replied.

The True Maker nodded and smiled at me. “Great, when your mission is over, I will let you live out your life as a regular human. Now return to life. Your physical body is fragile. Make your way to the safe. I have energised the Zeto Crystal for you. Grab the Zeto Crystal and hold it tightly. It will grant you the energy to make your way to the water tap so you can drink some electrolytes to fix your severe dehydration. Then, go straight to bed, Sabina.”

I woke up at my home office. I was in severe pain affecting my head and my knees, as I took a deep painful breath of air. I remembered my conversation with The True Maker, and I summoned my energy to crawl the painful metres to the safe.
