ARTICLE 9. ARBITRATION AND APPLICABLE LAW

9.1 All disputes and differences of any kind arising under this Agreement, including the existence or continued existence of this Agreement, which cannot be settled amicably by the parties, shall be submitted to the established by the . in order to settle the dispute in an amicable manner under the Rules adopted by said
