To my surprise, the large beast didn’t attack at first. Instead he paced around me, sniffing and examining me. As a gesture of peace, I put out my hand and began to pet his milky white fur. The hair on his body was so soft and felt soothing against my skin.

The tiger began to purr like a large kitten. His reaction was definitely a surprise, but a welcome one at that. With each stroke of my hand, the tiger seemed more comfortable with me.

I was still scared beyond belief. My boring life back home didn’t seem so at that moment. The stress overwhelmed my body, and the world began to spin around me. That was the last thing I remembered before I blacked out and hit the ground.
