Two months went by. Mason’s wheels had completely fallen off their wagon. His wagon was so far off the road he couldn’t see it anymore. He was now certifiably insane, he just knew it. Stanley would not have sex with him.

He’d get the little guy all worked up and primed and then the brunet would run like his tail was on fire. He had a mate but couldn’t get laid. This was not how it was supposed to go. He had read that in the official mating handbook somewhere. If he could find the damn book, he’d read it to his mate.

Of course that wouldn’t do him any good as Stanley firmly insisted they were not mates.

When Mason asked him how he knew that, the little guy would just look up at him and say. “Don’t make me spray you.”

After what the jackals went through, he did not want to go there. Stanley was the only person he had ever met that could make jackals beg. Nope, not going there.
