21 MacKinnon does offer other arguments as well. Her full case against pornography covers issues from First Amendment rights and the claim that women are silenced by porn, to equal rights, to the claim that porn causes violence. I cannot deal with all of them here, so I am focusing on the case from equality. It is in my opinion the strongest case she can make, and it seems to motivate her legal case against porn, so it is the most relevant to the present discussion.
