DIY Swirly-Paint Vases

Supplies:

Glass Vase

Paper Towels

Acrylic Paints

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Cover working surface with old newspaper or paper towels before you start.

Place the vase with the right side up on your surface. Add a few drops of your color paint to the center of the bottom.

Twist the vase in both directions to swirl the paint, then turn it upside down. This will coat the edges.

Repeat with as many colors as you wish.

To keep design swirly, finish your creation before all the paints dry. When the paint is wet, they mix to give swirl patterns.

Turn your finished vase upside down on the paper towel surface to remove excess paint.

Let the vase dry for at least 24 hours before you wrap and gift them.
