The altar table made by high-end furniture manufacturer McGuire welcomes you in this entry niche of a southern California luxury beachfront condominium designed by Ann James. The table legs are crafted from bundled small-diameter, dark colored bamboo wrapped with natural bamboo split straps. A black iron framework that fastens to the tops of the bamboo legs supports the hardwood tabletop. The modern circular mirror frame is carved from hardwood in a subtle bamboo motif. The woven-bamboo case beneath the table adds to the attractive vignette.
