Traditional art was meticulous and contemplative; modern art is instantaneous and impulsive. As regards art’s impact on society, traditional art fed beautiful lies to society. Modern art confused society by mixing ‘truth’ and ‘lie,’ while contemporary art is revealing society’s ugly truths.
