With a 4-pulse, the even-numbered beats fall into two categories. Beats 2 and 6 are offbeats and beat 4 is a pulse:

Notice that the even-numbered beats create a shifted 6-pulse (starting on 2) that forms a polyrhythm with the underlying 4-pulse. You can see the 3 over 2 relationship more clearly if you think of the pattern as starting on 4.

Notice also that from 6 in the first measure to 6 in the second, the set of even-numbered beats and the notes of the timeline are identical:

If you have trouble playing the set of even-numbered beats at the triple-weave level, you can always take out the timeline or go back to say-it-and-play-it. Playing ghost notes on the odd-numbered beats can help too.

Now play the even-numbered beats for a cycle and end on a stabilizing note on ONE. Then rest for a cycle before tackling the even-numbered beats again:
