The patterns in this book are fairly intricate, so they’re best suited to colored pencils or ink pens; however, you should feel free to use any medium you wish.

I’ve also included two intentionally blank pages (in the back of the book) for you to cut out and use behind the page you’re working on. (Placing a blank sheet of paper behind the pattern you’re coloring will help protect the pages that follow from indentations and ink bleed.)

ENHANCED CALMING

Listening to relaxing music is a great way to add to your coloring experience, and it’s the way I prefer to color. Of course, whatever your perfect ambiance is . . . that’s best!
