19 | The glass in the doors is held in place with cleats that fit into the rabbet. The curved cleats are made by milling wood stock to the same thickness as the straight cleats. Set up a sled on the band saw that pivots on a center that is perpendicular to the band saw blade. The pivot is set to the radius (the distance from the blade to the pivot) of the inside of the rabbet in the arch of the door. Cut curved strips from the wood blanks, leaving extra material for cutting to final width.

20 | After the oversize strips are cut, set up a stop on the inside of the band saw blade. The distance between the stop and the blade is equal to the width of the straight glass cleats. Hold the outside of the curved cleat against the stop and cut the cleat to finished width. Sand the cleats smooth and finish. Trim them to length as needed and install with small brads.
