In order to select pairs of objects for the collision, CBs are sorted according to the magnitudes of their mass in a decreasing order, and are divided into two equal groups: a stationary group and a moving group. Moving objects collide with stationary objects to improve their positions and push stationary objects toward better positions by changing their velocity. Initial velocity of the moving objects (v 1) is defined as a distance between their positions and destination of the stationary object. Initial velocity of stationary objects is considered as zero. Next, velocity of stationary (v sta) and moving (v mov) groups is calculated as follows:
