Chapter Four
Natasha woke up the next morning, looking around in her bed. She saw that Giselle was gone, but there was a letter there waiting for her. She looked at it, and when she saw it, she felt her heart sink.
Natasha,
I had an amazing night with you. I would love to do this again. I have a couple of personal things to take care of, but I do want to see you again, if I can. I’ll try to email you today, if it’s possible.
Giselle
Seeing that letter made Natasha feel sad. She had wanted to spend some more time with this woman, but apparently she wasn’t able to do so. It sucked, but she knew that it was something that happened. Life would have to go on, and she would have to see if she could find someone else. She honestly didn’t think Giselle would come back to her, and she felt like the woman had something that she wasn’t telling her.
She had been acting weird last night. Maybe she was just nervous, but Natasha felt like it was more than that. She felt like there was something that she wasn’t letting anyone know, and it made Natasha feel like she was being left out. She wanted to be her lover and ake care of her. There was something that was stopping her from being that, though, and she wanted to find out what it was.
Natasha decided to just let it go, though, for she knew that this was probably something that she wasn’t used to. Maybe Giselle felt nervous, and she just needed a couple of days to think about things. Natasha needed to do so, as well, for she wasn’t sure what in the world she was going to do next.
Natasha hadn’t ever felt this way before. She didn’t know if this was love or if her heart was falling for the other woman too fast. She thought it was the former, but at the same time, she wasn’t completely sure. She imagined that it was just her heart playing games with her, but she didn’t know what to think if it wasn’t. She imagined that it was probably just her mind going crazy with the lust and desire that she had, but at the same time, she didn’t think it was any of those things. She thought it was love, and she knew that, despite her worry, it was probably that. She had written about love, and she imagined that it was something along those lines. She thought it would be like this, but she still was afraid to take the plunge.
Then, there was the secret that Giselle seemed to be hiding from her. Granted, they had just became lovers, so she might not know everything about the girl, but she didn’t know what to think about all of the things that had happened. She thought that she might find out something she wasn’t supposed to, and the fact that Giselle was too afraid to tell her scared her a little bit.
