Raised Leg Crunch
The Raised Leg Crunch is used to develop muscular strength and endurance of the core and represents a more intense variation to the regular crunch.
INSTRUCTIONS
(a) Lie on your back with your knees bent, hips and feet flat on the floor. Now raise your legs into a right-angle position. Place your hands behind or beside your neck, or across your chest.
(b) Contract your Abs while lifting your shoulder blades off the floor and curling your shoulders towards your pelvis (to avoid injury, do not put any pressure on your neck throughout this movement). This should be a controlled, squeezing action.
