This weekend is the first weekend of your new life. A Friday morning like no other, you deserve to eat what you wish from your usual diet. In this guide, we will stick with or preparatory week’s structure and have a Mediterranean influenced day of meals. For breakfast, we will go with whole grain toast with avocado and one egg. Enjoy some orange juice or other fruit juice or coffee, or tea, and as always plenty of water.

Lunch will consist of a grilled chicken sandwich with whole grain crackers and cheese as a snack or side. Juice or water for a beverage. How does your body react to the “normal’” diet and portion being reintroduced? Are you getting full quicker? Are you excited to plan your next week?
