Chapter Eleven

I can't really sleep, but I don't really want to. Adrenaline is still coursing through me. And it's not just that I've never come that hard maybe ever, but it's how fucking right this feels. How right she feels. This incredible, beautiful, smart little spitfire of a woman, tucked up against me like this.

I admit to myself that I was attracted to her right away, even that first day I went to the Women Today offices with Dane. Just the way she looked at me, challenged me, and I couldn't back down. I'm sure that's why I started pressing Dane to let me work up a program for them.

But then, when I went back to meet with them, I saw a vulnerability in her that drew me to her even more, and also drove me to want to protect them all even more, but especially Nikki. Dane saw it right away, how I could easily lose sight of myself and my work. Now, two things are more intensified. My attraction to Nikki, and my need to make sure I don't fuck it up this time. I'm determined, though, that I can handle both.

She stirs against me, and I'm instantly hard again. I gently move her onto her back and take one of her nipples into my mouth and suckle it. Even in the dark, I remember how sweet and pink they are. Nikki whimpers in her sleep and arches into me. I move over her and enter her slowly, inch by inch. She moans and works her hips to get more of me inside her. I can't help but chuckle softly. We find a rhythm and edges toward her climax. I'm not going to come again right now, and I don't even care about that. I can see the pleasure on her face as the moon shines through the sheer curtains, and it's beautiful.

"Yes, baby, come," I whisper, and I swallow her little keening cry with a kiss.

I pump her softly without breaking the kiss until she's still. I look down at her and brush a wisp of hair behind her ear as I pull out of her. She's deep asleep again in another instant. I lay back and pull her close again. I don't bother to clean us up this time, hoping that we can take care of that together in the morning. I eventually fall asleep with that thought in my head and a smile on my face.

It takes me much longer to come back to consciousness the next morning. I feel a draft as the covers are pulled back from my torso. I open my eyes and see Nikki looking under the sheet at our naked bodies. I cock my head at her.

"So, it wasn't a dream after all," she says without looking at my face. I follow her gaze to the dried cum on our thighs.

"No, ma'am," I chuckle. She squeals when I pull her on top of me.

"Good," she giggles. "I was hoping it wasn't just a dream.
