The Love Stories Were Right

Last night was the least boring night of my life. I lost my virginity to Dustin Rathbone. I don’t think I’ll forget what he felt like between my legs, and not just because of all the orgasms. There’s a tight ache between my legs from his immense size. I’ve done the research, and I know that whatever Dustin has between his legs is significantly larger than the average male organ. He wasn’t just long, but thick, and fitting him inside me… let’s just say I’ll be limping today. A lot.

I think I’m awake before him and try to wriggle away from his grasp, but Dustin just pulls me back against him and snuggles me tightly. My chest tightens. Sex wasn’t the only fascinating turn of events from the night before. I signed up for the sex. That’s how I’m getting my money, right? But the everything else around the sex still drives me mad. I love you.

I don’t know what possesses Dustin to say those words to me. I know his true darkness. He’s cold and manipulative when he needs to be, and I know he will say anything to get what he wants, so I can’t trust him. But that was before I felt his body against mine. That changes everything… My stories were right.

I sensed things in Dustin Rathbone that I’d never sensed before.

“Good morning, kitten,” he whispers in my ear. That raspy voice does something to me that it’s never done before. I squeeze my thighs together and unconsciously push my hips back against him. What the hell am I doing? I can feel him already as I rub my butt on his thigh and he’s stiff.

He chuckles and wraps his arms around me tighter. I can’t let go of anything that happened last night, especially not how close Dustin came to telling me his big secret – or what I assume is his big secret. I’ve never seen him show so much emotion before. But then he clammed right up. If any part of Dustin really loves me, he’ll tell me the truth. You don’t lie to the people you love. I let him stroke my hair and press my butt against his body. He’s so damn muscular.

“What happened to you, Dustin?” I murmur. “I want to know.”

“First thing in the morning, huh?”

I can feel his discomfort, but he doesn’t stop pressing his nose into my neck.

“You don’t have to tell me if you don’t want to,” I say.

But I know Brett would have told me. And even if I should hate Dustin for pretending to be Brett, there’s a part of me that realizes… he’s still Brett. He still shared those feelings and sent those messages. There’s a part of Dustin Rathbone that I fell for last year and now that we’re in bed like this, I’m weak to that part of him. He doesn’t stop stroking me as he answers.

“If I tell you, you’ll leave.”

I’ve never heard emotions in Dustin’s voice before.
