does and sell your flick and spend to open it!” He kinda said, “Skate, bitch …,” knowing full well that if I pulled this off, it’d be easier for him to get his flicks out

there and express himself.

That moment meant the world to me; I’ll take it to my grave.

Just like the moment I’d later share with Michael Parks and the greatest filmmaker of my generation.
