Do housework.

Balance your checkbook.

Complete a home improvement project.

Rearrange the furniture in a room or two.

Wash your car.

Clean out your closets or your drawers.

Run errands.

Do all the things your dentist wants you to do: brush, floss, rinse with mouthwash.

Volunteer for a project, then follow through on your commitments.

Take your dog for a walk.
