Many of us have existing programming that dominates our current eating choices and behaviors. Examples of these programs are:

a) We can’t stop eating until the plate in front of us is clean.

b) When we are in social situations we feel compelled to eat everything offered to us. We feel it is important to please our host/co-workers serve as it makes us feel emotionally connected to them.

c) We have an automatic hunger response when we begin watching a movie/sporting event.
