Chapter 10: Getting It On

Two Years Later

“Any threes?”

“Go Fish.” Oliver sighs and reaches to the pile of cards in between us. He straightens up and gives me a smile.

“How about twos?”

Oliver laughs and hands me the card he just grabbed. “Are you sure you don’t have x-ray vision? That’s the third time you’ve done that.”

I grin. “Just luck. Well, and skill. I’ve been around longer than you. I’ve played a few hands of Go Fish.” I lay down the cards, and we finish the game in silence. “Well, looks like I win again. And I choose…your shirt.”
