2 pounds asparagus, ends trimmed

2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided, plus extra for baking dish

4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

2 tablespoons coarse-grain Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

5 ounces mesclun greens (6 cups)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper
