Chapter 6.

I pushed against Nyeer’s chest so that he’d move. He rolled to the side, obviously assuming I wanted to get up.

But I didn’t.

I continued to push at his shoulder until he lay on his back. I took advantage of the position and rolled on top of him, then bent down to kiss him again.

The taste of his mouth was incredible, the sweetness of his lips something I’d never known.

When I pulled back to look upon his gorgeous face and run my hands down his chest, Nyeer caught my fingers.

“Come to bed with me. I don’t want to take you here.”

I hesitated.

I kinda liked the idea of having sex in a room with clouds overhead, but the floor beneath us was unforgiving and I’d end up bruised if he changed positions on me.

“Okay.”

I got up, my legs trembling when they tried to stand.

“This way,” he said and took my hand, pulling me out of the training room, along a corridor, then into a huge room of wood and ivory and purple satin.

I giggled as he shut both doors, my head spinning.

This was so surreal. What was I doing in a castle, with a Fae Prince?

Nyeer came straight for me, cupping my face with his hands and kissing me until I couldn’t breathe, couldn’t think.

Then he swung me up into his arms and I squealed and clung to his neck.

“I’m too heavy.”

Nyeer laughed as he walked a few feet then literally threw me onto the bed. “You’re light as a feather.”

I bounced on the mattress and landed on a pile of plush pillows. I flung my arms out to protect myself but found I didn’t need to.

I giggled again, something a bookworm like me didn’t do.

I felt partly intoxicated. Whether it was the land, the food, or just being in the presence of Nyeer, I wanted more of this feeling.

I stripped my thermal top off and threw my bra to the side. I knew I was sweaty, but I didn’t care. He would be too.

Nyeer crawled across the bed and took hold of my thermal tights and tugged them down, slowly.

I lifted my ass up and helped him get rid of them.

I was left lying on the bed in only my panties and he reached for them.

I had a moment’s hesitation, and he must have felt it, because he paused.

“Do you want to stop?”

His fingers stroked the flesh of my belly just above my underwear and tingles of pleasure tightened inside me.

I shook my head. “No.” I really didn’t.

In fact, I thought I may just die if he stopped now.

I didn’t know what this would mean for him, or my future. But I couldn’t deny what I craved, what I ached for. And the truth if the matter was, I wanted to keep going. More than anything.

“Please. Don’t stop.”

A grin stretched across his full lips as he dragged my panties down my legs and I was finally naked.

I reached out for him with both hands but he slid off the bed
