CHAPTER 8

After dinner, Maggie took another long hot shower. Her body still felt chilled, and she was determined to join the group for some star gazing tonight. Tempted to relieve the sexual tension she still felt from earlier, she decided that would do no good, since the tension seemed to be caused by Chase anyway. Clearly, bringing pleasure to herself last night had had little to no impact whatsoever, since she felt greater tension than ever from being near him.

She had never felt anything like this. The one thing she and her ex had was a good sex life, or so she thought, until she found him fondling her in her sleep one night. That discovery led to many others...

But this - this was something altogether different and the intensity of the feelings and sensations Chase was able to create in her with the slightest touch was intoxicating and completely unlike anything she had ever known.

Reminding herself that the group had decided to go into town this evening before stargazing, Maggie grabbed her clothes and dressed quickly. At this point, any distraction was welcome.

As she entered the lodge, several people had gathered waiting for the others to arrive. She did everything she could to avoid close contact with Chase on the trip into town. She genuinely enjoyed the women in the group, and being with them made it much easier to actually relax a bit and enjoy the excursion.

After several purchases from area artisans, the group began the journey home. Somehow Chase finagled a spot next to Maggie in the van. His leg next to hers made her feel hot, very hot. She was deeply aware of her body’s reaction to him, and it made her feel so alive, and so very scared all at the same time.

Separating to return her packages to her room, Maggie found herself at the water’s edge. She sensed Chase’s presence and waited for him to come near. He stood beside her and placed his arm around her waist. It felt so right.

He took her hand and led her down a path to a more secluded area. Their eyes met first and then their lips.

Chase reached under Maggie’s sweater and smiled at the skimpy, easy access bra she was still wearing underneath. The front enclosure was no match for him.

The intensity of the sensations Maggie already felt between her legs caused her to press into him, feeling his erection tight and growing against her.

He moved her back against a rock, pushing her sweater up, and touching her nipples along the way. Then he began to caress her breasts, as she tried to move toward him to restrict his access, shocked at what she was feeling. He took her arms and gently placed them above her head against the rock.

“God, you’re beautiful,” he said. Keeping her sweater on to prevent her from getting cold, he lowered his mouth to her breast. Maggie couldn’t see what he was doing because the bunched sweater restricted her view, but ohhhh she could feel it.
