As she approached the bar again, Jack seemed to sense her presence and he swiveled his chair around, a bemused expression on his handsome face.

Nicola darted over to him and perched on an adjacent bar stool. She looked around for her drink, which was now gone.

"How about some cold white wine?" Jack suggested. "You look like you're hot and bothered." He smiled at her, and she looked hungrily at his lips. She wanted to taste them again. The bartender set a glass of golden liquid in front of her and she picked it up and sipped gratefully. The chilled wine cooled and warmed her at the same time. She took anther sip and then set it down.

Jack took both of her hands in his and caressed them with is fingers. He ran one hand up her arm and down again, feeling her skin while his eyes studied her face. She leaned slightly to inhale his luscious scent. She wanted to bury her face in his thick neck and breathe him in.

"So," Jack murmured. "Is Greg losing his virginity as we speak?"

Nicola could only nod. Jack ran his hand up her arm again, stroking her skin lightly and then his hand slipped between the shoulder strap of her gown and slid along to the slope of her shoulder and back again to her neck. She involuntarily let her head fall back and he let out a soft growl as his hand slid over her neck and up along her jaw and around her head to grasp her long hair in his fist and pull her head up again. His face was inches from hers and she could feel his breath as he spoke. "Come upstairs with me."

Jack stood, standing over her. His eyes were dark and his expression commanded her to stand and follow him. He led her up the stairs and down the opposite hall from the one where Greg and Perry were...She didn't care what they were doing. She didn't even want to think about anything but Jack and what he was about to do to her. What he was already doing to her.

They stopped at the end of the hall before a large, heavy looking door. Jack seemed to think for a moment, his hand on the handle. Then he opened the door and pulled her inside of a cavernous bedroom that looked like it belonged in a castle. Nicola glanced around her, taking in the dark, heavy carpet and drapes, the massive four poster bed and burgundy canopy. A door to an en suite bathroom was on one side, and the door to a walk in closet that was slightly ajar was on anther. Jack slipped off his tuxedo jacket and tossed it on a heavy armchair in the corner of the room. He turned to look at Nicola again. She couldn't move when his eyes were on her like that, so intense, the color of the ocean, his dark lashes lowered as he moved closer, running his hands up her arms again, flicking the straps of her dress aside when they reached her shoulders.
