To give your lymphatic drainage system a complete cellular cleansing during all phases of Fat Flush, I’d like you to consider purchasing a mini-trampoline (or small rebounder). These units typically stand 8 inches from the floor and are anywhere from 36 to 40 inches in diameter. You’ll bounce on it every day for five minutes to gently ease waste materials out of the lymphatic system. The greatest thing about this lymph-cleansing exercise is that virtually anyone can do it, regardless of age or certain physical challenges. Individuals who can’t walk can still benefit from this exercise by sitting on the rebounder while someone else bounces on it.

Use of a mini-trampoline (or rebounder) has proved to be an efficient form of exercise with virtually no harmful side effects. Your cardiovascular fitness will excel, and you will be toning your body at the same time. Bouncing fires up cellular metabolism, energizing every cell with fresh oxygen and nutrients. The low impact (such as the light pressure on the thighs) stimulates drainage, easing waste material out of the lymphatic system. In approximately two weeks, you should notice that your legs, buttocks, and ankles are becoming toned and those orange peel–like cellulite deposits are smoothing out.

You can help improve your lymph flow by (1) breathing deeply through your nose, letting oxygen into the lower part of your lungs, (2) not sitting for extended periods, which restricts lymphatic flow in your thoracic cavity, and (3) not overdoing your exercise routine, which augments oxidative stress.

I think you’ll find bouncing to be a lot of fun. The great thing about it is that you can do it anywhere you live—an apartment or home—and you can even take your mini-trampoline outside.
