LUNCH

Choose one of the following:

5-ounce cheeseburger and french fries

Turkey, chicken, or ham sandwich (optional additions: lettuce, cheese, and tomato) and a small green garden salad

DINNER

Choose one of the following:

6-ounce piece of grilled or baked chicken or fish and 2 servings of vegetables of your choice

2 cups cooked pasta in a marinara or lemon sauce with your choice of vegetables and optional 3 ounces chicken, steak, or fish

SNACKS

Choose two of the following to consume anytime of the day (but not consecutively and not within an hour before or after eating a meal):

6 dried figs

25 frozen red seedless grapes

1 cup blueberries with a squirt (1 tablespoon) of whipped cream

5 cucumber slices topped with ⅓ cup cottage cheese and salt and pepper

½ cup unsweetened applesauce mixed with 10 pecan halves
