“Do not worry, thespinis. We have been invaded by friendlies, not hostiles,” Kaj whispered in her ear as he helped her on deck.

Her children, her innocent babies, were surrounded by naked women. Some of them had tooth floss covering their genitals, but their breasts were flying free in the wind. The children hadn’t seen that much boobage, even when they were still being nursed, and in that first year of their lives they had seen a lot of boobs because she had been fortunate enough to find a couple of wonderful women who didn’t mind sharing their ample milk supplies with her babies when they were hungry and she had to be on stage.

Magnolia had always felt she had failed her children because her milk was not the only source of their nutrition, but as Brother Adam liked to say, with three, it was never an option and the fact that she did stay in there nursing them as much as she could for an entire year was more important than her hiring other women to help.

But that didn’t explain why Hector’s damn yacht was now filled with naked women shaking their maracas in front of the children.

“Get. My. Children. Away. From. Them. NOW!” She said it through her teeth. The power behind her words had both Biton and Kaj scooping up the children and rushing them down below. They had better be taking them straight to our cabin, Nollie thought as she spun on Hector.

Hector stood next to her with his arms wrapped securely around her waist. He had managed to trap one of her arms inside of his while the other was trapped between them. He was a fool if he thought he had her contained, but she allowed it while she sized up the situation.

“If this is Ajax’s doing, Mara is about to become a widow.”

“Hector, darling.” A naked woman walked across the deck and threw herself onto Hector.

Magnolia had no trouble recognizing the avaricious eyes of Damaris Leonides. Hector’s nasty cousin and the mother of Nollie’s half-brother Nickolas. The woman used her oily skin to try to push Nollie away from Hector. Nollie wanted to be away from the backstabbing bounder as much as Damaris wanted her away from him. She had managed to remove his arm from around her body, but the cretin had slipped his hand into the back of her waistband and had a strong grip on the sturdy denim.

“I hope you haven’t changed your will,” Nollie snarled. “I’d hate to have anyone think I killed you for your money.”

Her words had the desired effect and Hector’s hand loosened momentarily on her jeans. Nollie took full advantage of his distraction by pulling away and sprinting to the doorway she had seen her children being carried through.
