Steakhouse Blue Cheese Burger

This delicious burger can be enjoyed by itself with a side of greens or served on a hamburger bun.

Ingredients

Serves 4

1 pound lean ground beef

1 large whole egg

1⁄4 cup bread crumbs

1 tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates Classic Steakhouse Burger Seasoning

1⁄2 cup blue cheese crumbles

In a large bowl, combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, and seasoning. Mix well.

Form into 4 evenly shaped patties. Place patties on grill (or in skillet) and cook to desired doneness, roughly 4–5 minutes per side.

After first flip, sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top of the patties and allow to melt as it cooks.
