Three days passed and David had nothing new from the killer. Bradley, on the other hand, had been led to places throughout Edmonton that he never knew existed. The man behind the madness was calling all the shots for now, but Bradley had a plan to turn the tables on this asshole. Fear of losing something that you love can change people, and in the case of Bradley and David, no statement could be truer. This young couple had been through hell for almost a year now. The only thing they wanted now was peace.

After days of sleeping alone and wondering about David, Bradley decided it was time to come home. That night the couple found that another victim had been found murdered. The killer left them a note reminding them they had caused the young man’s death. “You failed to listen to my orders, so, I had to show you that I would always do what I say.” Try anything like this again and someone closer to you will die.”

Bradley tried to tell David that the sick fuck was just looking for any reason to kill again because that’s how this guy gets his kicks. Although David knew this to be true, he still felt that they should have done what they were told and the young man would have lived. Sheriff Knight agreed with Bradley. Still, anyone around Edmonton would have thought the couple responsible.

Just hours after the couple returned to Bradley’s they found themselves face to face with the man behind the madness. “Hello boys, it’s nice to see you again. I hope that you understand the message behind my last kill. If you fail me again, you will die! That my dear is a promise. Now, once again I’m telling you that you must live apart until I tell you otherwise. Failure to comply will cause someone close to you to die this time. David my dear, I have always wanted to see what your insides look like, so, please just fail me again. You know what must be done, so let the games begin again! Good Luck!”

Bradley once again readied himself to leave his home. The pain of leaving David was almost too much, but he knew that he had no choice. David wanted to believe this would all be over soon, but no one knew that for sure at this point. Later that night David laid down to rest, and the phone started to ring. A voice on the other end asked that he look out the back door. Hanging in the backyard was something that looked human, but David prayed it was just some sick joke.

Moving slowly toward the burning object David discovered that it was in fact, a fake object made to look like a person. On the left side of the burning thing was a note for him that made his whole body shake. “Remember my dear, you are never really alone I’m always with you!”

Running toward the house David discovered that he had been locked out.
