“No argument there, Sir,” said a still grimacing Tom.

Eric glanced at Scott and motioned his head toward the door. He

wasn’t going to make any attempt at hiding his displeasure at his

friend’s actions. Scott would no doubt wake up the next morning

pretending nothing had happened, but Eric had a feeling he wouldn’t be so quick to forget.

“I’d better leave you lovebirds to sleep,” Scott said, and he left to

go to his own room.

ERIC and Tom lay together on the bed for a while. Eric was starting to doze off when Tom very slowly got up. His oh so sexy rear end was red

and bruised from where Scott had smacked it.

“Where are you off to?” Eric asked.

“Just the bathroom” came the pained reply. Tom limped across

the room and vanished into the bathroom. Eric lay back on the bed, full of concerns. More than anything else, he felt guilty. He was responsible for Tom and he felt utterly at fault for allowing Scott to abuse him like that. He didn’t think there would be any lasting damage, or no physical damage, at least. He was more concerned about Tom’s mental reaction.

With no sound for a while from Tom, Eric got up to make sure

everything was okay. He was halfway across the room when the

bathroom door opened and Tom walked through. Eric once again

gathered him in his arms and hugged him tight.

“How are you feeling?” he asked.

“I’ll be okay. Did I do all right?”

“What do you mean?” Eric said, confused.

“I’m just worried that I did something wrong, Master.”

“Are you serious? I never intended that to happen, Tom. I

wouldn’t have blamed you if you had gotten up and punched him out.”

“Oh. I just didn’t want to let you down in front of your friend.”
