Moses is gone a lot over the next few days, saying that he has business dealings. I’m not sure what he’s referring to, but he said something about following up with some of these corporations who initially offered to sponsor some of the homeless people to see if they’re interested in investing in his marketing startup.

On Friday, he leaves at six in the morning, handing me several hundred dollars in cash before kissing me on the forehead, telling me to splurge on whatever I want, and that he won’t be back until after dinnertime. Naturally, I want to buy things I know he will like, so I find the lingerie section of the clothing store and buy a nice sampling of bras, G-strings, and lacy teddies to wear on the honeymoon he’s promised me. Moses also reminds me he hasn’t forgotten about our wedding rings and that he’s taking me next week to buy me something special.

He comes from money, that’s plain to see. Apparently, his father left him a lot of money when he died, and Moses has used it to start a lot of side businesses that are self-running, or so he says.

The worst part of all of this is that he makes me continue to sleep in the guest room, even though I want so desperately to sleep next to him. I don’t think he knows how lonely I’ve been. And now that I’ve found someone willing to marry me in order to keep me safe, I want to give myself to him. All of myself. I’m aching to have his hands touch me everywhere, and to feel him inside of me, bringing me pleasure that my hands simply can’t.

I know he wants to wait until we’re married to have sex, which is strange because I’m sure that once the aliens are gone at the end of the summer, Moses will move on to someone else, so why is he so determined to keep me “pure” until we’re legally wed? This is the one thing I haven’t been able to figure out. He’s kind of being forced into this, so I won’t blame him or hold a grudge when we part ways. I never expected him to fall in love with me. But I do plan to make the most of this summer, living the good life with the most gorgeous man I’ve ever known.

Saturday night I’m awake until three o’clock in the morning, hormones raging through my system. I can’t help but touch myself, letting my fingers softly tease my nipples as I stroke my clit.
