TRACKER WEEK 5 DAY 34
Breakfast: The Stubborn Fat Gone Shake
Snack: one string cheese
Lunch: Chicken Sauté: Sauté 1 sliced chicken breast with ¼ cup red bell peppers, ¼ cup chopped onion, and ½ cup broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste.
Snack: cucumber slices with feta cheese
Dinner: Mushroom Pork Chop: Sauté 1 pork chop and top with ½ cup sautéed mushrooms. Serve with a side of ½ cup steamed broccoli. Season all with salt and pepper, to taste.
Treat: one glass red wine (15 Sugar Calories)
Exercise (optional): Today is a rest day.

It’s easy to overlook a handful of chips here and a few innocent M&M’s there, but if you want to stay on track toward your goals, remember that every bite counts. Several small handfuls of Sugar Calories add up to too much, and it’s easy to overlook how much you’re eating if you snack mindlessly. If you want a treat, put the food on a plate and savor it. Practicing mindfulness and good portion control will prevent you from accidentally consuming too many Sugar Calories.
Today I want you to brainstorm ways to say no to bad food choices. Think of some of your favorite healthy foods that you can make your go-to snacks, and give them a place of honor in your pantry. For example, I love guacamole and cucumber slices, roasted mixed nuts, and cheese. Write your ideas in your journal.
