You don’t have to be extreme in your diet, though. It’s up to you to choose what you eat. If you really need to eat at least one pizza a week for example, that’s not a problem! Even two or three, if you have a fast metabolism or I don’t know how it’s called exactly… Just experiment: one time, eat whatever you want, and see how it impacts your abs appearance.

For me, I prefer to cut completely with the food which I don’t consider good for both my health and my body goals. I mean, the more you eat, let’s say, junk food, the more you will want to eat that kind of food again.
