After she leaves the room and I’ve cleaned up, Maestro Leo walks me back to Master Nosh’s office and informs me, “We will do your evaluation now.”

I take a deep breath before I step into the office. Even though I feel the scene went well, I’m still acutely aware that I walked out last night and failed to communicate with my submissive after the failed scene.

Master Nosh sits at his desk with a solemn expression.

I sit down beside Maestro Leo in front of the pine desk to await my fate.

Master Nosh nods to the trainer. “I appreciate you taking time out of your workday to address this issue.”

Maestro Leo nods.

“Tell me what you observed.”

Maestro Leo opens his notebook and details the scene, adding no personal commentary in his summary.

Before sharing his own thoughts, Master Nosh asks him, “Do you have anything to add about Mr. Davis’s handling of the scene?”

Maestro Leo turns his head to look at me. “Despite the fiasco that took place last night, Mr. Davis showed genuine concern and empathy for his submissive. Additionally, it appeared to me that he made several adjustments to the scene as he went along.”

Maestro Leo then turns back to Master Nosh, and adds, “By the way, he owes the school a new throw.”

The Head Trainer stares intently at me but says nothing.

Continuing, Maestro Leo states, “Overall, I feel he listened to his submissive and was quick to make changes. And, because of that, he delivered a scene that adequately met her needs.”

Master Nosh nods, then turns to speak to me. “Tell me about these changes Maestro Leo mentioned.”

I rub my hands on my pants nervously as I gather my thoughts. “Obviously, I needed to avoid the burn area, so I focused my attention on her back rather than her stomach. However, I felt the padded table might be too painful, so I used the fake fur to make it more comfortable.”

“You will be charged for that,” he informs me.

I nod. “It was necessary for the scene. I don’t regret it.”

His silence follows my statement, so I continue to detail the changes I made. “I originally planned to surprise honey with the ice in order to tease her with the extreme temperature change. However, after my failure last night, I was afraid any surprises might trigger her. So, I showed her the ice before using it. As a result, I learned she really enjoys temperature play. Knowing that, I extended that portion of the scene.”

More silence follows, so I continue.

“When it came time to remove the wax, I used a knife. However, I chose not to emphasize the edge play aspect of the instrument and instead used it more as pre-aftercare.”

He raises his eyebrow. “Pre-aftercare?”

“I was purposely slow when removing the wax and was gentle with the blade. I wanted her to feel relaxed and enjoy the simple connection it evoked.”

He nods with understanding.

“Honey mentioned last night that coupling was her aftercare of choice, so we ended the scene that way. However, I spent a few moments afterward praising her for her bravery.
