1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 whole egg, cracked into a bowl

1 teaspoon onion powder

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

¾ cup tomato sauce

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced mushrooms

1 cup sliced mixed bell peppers

2 tablespoons freshly chiffonade basil

Procedure:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the pork, garlic powder, mixed herbs, onion powder, salt, black pepper, egg, and Parmesan cheese.

3. Spoon the mixture into a pizza pan and press firmly. Bake in the oven until set and lightly brown, 15 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven, spread the tomato sauce on top, add the mozzarella cheese, then the mushrooms and bell peppers. Bake further for 15 minutes.

5. Take out of the oven and garnish with the basil.

6. Slice and serve.
