• 1 cucumber

• 1 cup (145 g) strawberries

• Handful of mint

Liver Flush

• 1 1/2 cucumbers

• 1 apple

• 1/2 of a beet

• Small handful of dandelion greens

• Small handful of parsley

• 1/2 of a lemon with rind, if organic

• 4-inch (10 cm) piece of burdock

• 1-inch (2.5 cm) piece of fresh ginger

Workout Recovery

• 2 cups (60 g) spinach

• 2 cups (94 g) Romaine lettuce

• 2 cups (134 g) kale, Swiss (72 g) chard, or your favorite greens

• 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) young Thai coconut water

Juice the leafy greens and then mix with the young Thai coconut water.

SIMPLE CLEANSING TIP:

Eating a little bit of fat with your juice helps the body assimilate the fat soluble vitamins. Eat a tablespoon (14 g) of coconut oil after your juice or try blending in a small piece of avocado. This will also help sate your appetite.
