King Larry was chilling in the Hilton Minneapolis hotel located downtown. The luxurious hotel offered a room of sweet elegance and taste. Dressed in white saggy Girbauds, white Jordans, no shirt, King Larry sat in the King Suite’s soft loveseat flipping through channels with a remote control, trying to find something on the thirty-seven-inch tv that would help him to relax. He was very anxious to get in the game but it was not his time yet. He looked at Sharon’s .38special that was sitting on the coffee table situated in front of him and evaluated his plan for the umpteenth time. Intelligence information from Stitches put him on to the fact that every Sunday on the so-called Sabbath a group of men meet on Dupont Ave N. They were eight men of great importance to Preast’s infrastructure. Stitches revealed that these men were Preast’s governors. Further details revealed that the Governors were briefed and captained by Yummy who was the Chief of Security.

To combat the loss of revenue due to the influx of new hustlers in 2010 (described in my book King Larry), Preast went to the men who essentially were the top ten none-gang related hustlers in the hood and made an offer they could not refuse. They were Powder, Lil Johnny, Dontrell-Dotta, Quad, Tight Tye, Killa Ky’dree, TJ, Big Blam, Sonny and P-Lucci. Each controlled a section in the city’s Northside. Offering to take the risk of smuggling the drugs into the state on a steady basis was one proposition that made the Northside’s top ten none-gang related hustlers give in to his campaign. It was a responsibility they were happy to relinquish, freeing them of the cost of travel and the risk of being caught trafficking the drugs into the state themselves. A second proposition was his legal influence, for he had cops on the payroll. This made them feel Preast was untouchable and of course, they wanted to be untouchable, too. The last but not least proposition, or influence if you will, was his might. His reputation and demonstrations of his power were two things these new comers did not want to feud with, and reasoned that it would be a benefit to have Preast as a friend and not a foe.

Once those dudes were onboard, Preast formed an infrastructure based on committee. I will list the positions and holders. However, for honorable reasons, I will not disclose their roles. From the top to the bottom in rank, there was the President, which was of course Preast. Next in line was Chairman of the Board, which was his main man Koke. Next was Captain, which was Bam. Then there was Lieutenant, which was Powder. Next in rank was Major in Arms, which was Lil Johnny, who was now dead. There was Ambassador & Minister, which was Rachel. She was not a top hustler, but she was someone who was well respected throughout the hoods because of her relationship with a high-level hustler who was murdered by the Minneapolis Police Department.
