* Comparison Good?

I could think about how nice Chrissy is to her neighbors and think, Wow, I need to spend time helping others like Chrissy.

I could think about how Kim does a good job spending time with her parents and think, Hmmm…Maybe I should try that too.

Is that really so bad? Well, if I become obsessed with the inner beauty of others, maybe. But if I just look around and learn from them, and am challenged to be all that I can be by comparing myself to some part of them, then maybe I will become a better person. And as I become a better person, maybe they start learning from me. And pretty soon we have a big circle of people pointing at each other and saying, “You made me a better person.”
