Olive Oil Lemon Broiled Cod

Time: 35 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

4 cod fillets

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon, juiced

1 thyme sprig

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1.Season the cod with salt, pepper and marjoram.

2.Heat the oil in a large skillet and place the cod in the hot oil.

3.Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown then add the lemon juice.

4.Place the thyme sprig on top and cover with a lid.

5.Cook for 5 more minutes then remove from heat.

6.Serve the cod and sauce fresh.
