Bone broth. Because it’s full of vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes, bone broth is great for weight loss, longevity, and disease prevention.

A homemade low-carb vegetable broth.

Pickle juice, no sugar.

Three tablespoons of lemon or lime juice added to water.

Apple cider vinegar. This is a great appetite suppressant because it mildly decreases your glucose levels. Drink a couple of tablespoons at a time through a straw to protect your tooth enamel.

Sauerkraut juice.

Tea and coffee (cold or hot, any variety), with 1 to 2 tablespoons of fat, including heavy cream, half-and-half, whole milk, unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened almond milk, butter or ghee, or coconut or MCT oil. Avoid sugar and artificial sweeteners.
