I’m running through the halls, but he’s too fast. “Come here, you little shit,” he growls, snatching me around the waist and lifting my feet from the floor.

“No! Please! Stop! Grandmaaaaa,” I scream, and someone shakes me.

“Donny. Donny! It’s a dream.”

I open my eyes to a worried Colt leaning over me. I wipe the tears from my eyes and give him a shaky smile. He frowns but moves back to his spot. The movie is over, and the lights are dim. Mateo and Len are snuggled up together out cold, and it looks like Colton was reading a book.

“Want to talk about it?” he asks me, but I shake my head. I don’t think I’ll ever be open to discussing my past or trauma. The guys have enough shit going on, they don’t need to worry about me.

“No, just a bad dream. I don’t even remember what it was about. I guess I shouldn’t have fallen asleep watching IT,” I say with a laugh, and he nods. I can tell he doesn’t believe me, but thankfully, he drops it.

“How about we watch that Hocus whatever you wanted to watch? I don’t mind,” he says, and I nod, reaching for the remote.

“That’s why you're my favorite, Coltie,” I coo, and he scoffs, rolling his eyes.

We watch the movie for a little bit, and I groan. “My parents died when I was really little in a car accident. As you know, I moved in with my grandparents on my dad’s side… My grandfather wasn’t a good man. I still have nightmares about things that I’m not ready to talk about. I thought they went away but since Florida… I haven’t been able to go a night without one.” He pauses the movie and turns to give me his full attention, but I’m done talking.

“Have you thought about talking to someone?” he asks, and I laugh.

“That’s what I’m doing, silly goose,” I joke, but he frowns.

“I meant a therapist or someone? I know you have told us a few things here and there, like the food thing, for example, but if you’re not ready to open up to us, and you’re not sleeping, then I think you should talk to someone.” I grab the remote and turn the movie back on.

“I’ll think about it. Thanks, Colt,” I mumble, then watch the movie.
