Chapter Six

Dear World,

He’s teaching me how to cook and to bake, imagine that. Of course, he’s doing most of the work, and I’m not doing much in the way of work, which sucks. Well, it doesn’t suck. I can’t cook. There, I’ve said it. I completely suck.

Everything else with him is going great. Yesterday we camped out in front of the television watching some series. They were great series as well.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but life is in fact good. Yeah, good. The island is beautiful, and Ben said he was going to take some walks with me down to the main beach. I like it, and I like him.

I made him a promise not to talk about his job, but I like him.

At night, I imagine him in bed with me, and I want to have sex with him again. I don’t want to get more explicit than that. He may read this diary, and if you are Ben, fuck off. This is not your place to read.

I want sex.

I want it bad.

“What are you doing, baby?” Ben asked, placing down a large milkshake on the table.

“Baby?”

“Babe, darling, doll, whatever you want to call it.”

“How about Joy?” she asked, taking the milkshake. “What is it?”

“Try it, and see.”

The shake was a pretty amber. She took a sniff and couldn’t detect anything, so she gave it a taste.

“Um, what is that?” She took another big gulp, and it was smooth, creamy, and fruity.

“Mango and pineapple smoothie.” Ben took a seat in the other lounge chair. The white shirt he wore had one button done up, and the rest was open giving a good glimpse of the thick expanse of his chest, his rather inked chest.

Biting her lip, which she did a lot around him, didn’t help. His hands rested on the arm of the arms of the lounge, and she couldn’t help but admire the length of them.

Get your head in the game.

She pressed her thighs together as a wave of arousal rushed over her.

“What are you writing?” he asked.

“None of your business.” She went to close the book, but when she did, Ben snatched it out of her lap. “Hey, that is mine.”

“I have to say I’m missing your laptop.” Ben opened up the diary and started to read. Her cheeks heated as her own words were read back to her. “‘I made him a promise not to talk about his job, but I like him.’ Oh, you like me?”

“Give it back, Ben. This isn’t fair.”

“At night, I imagine him in bed with me, and I want to have sex with him again. I want sex. I want it bad.”

Covering her face, she was filled with embarrassment. “Stop it, Ben, please stop.”

He closed the diary, but it didn’t matter. He’d already done all the damage. Ben gave her back the diary, and handed it to her.

She grabbed the book, but he wouldn’t let go. With a large tug, she fell against him, and gasped. “What are you doing?” she asked.
