After your food inventory, make a list of the food you will need. List down ingredients that are friendly to your diet. List down foods that are Keto Mediterranean friendly. Since the diet is bias on whole foods, you might already be buying some of them like fruits, meat, fish, dairy, vegetables, etc.

If you want food like bread or cereal, you might need to buy alternative ingredients to make them. To make bread, you can use almond flour or coconut flour instead of grain. Seeds and nuts are also good alternatives to oats or cereals.
