STEP-BY-STEP PREP

2 . In a cast-iron skillet, prepare the meats for the Low-Carb Chili . First, cook the ground beef, remove from the pan, and set aside. Next, cook the diced bacon, remove from the pan, and set aside. Finally, cook the sausage for both the chili and the frittata.
