There are no details or limitations about what type or how much food to eat while following intermittent fasting. Foods that are high in fiber, natural, entire foods that offer assortment and flavor are recommended. As it were, eat a lot of the following food sources, and you won't wind up hungry while fasting.

Water

Despite the reality that you aren't eating, it's imperative to keep yourself hydrated with water for many reasons, such as for the vitality of every important organ in your body.

The amount of water that every human should consume alters. You need your urine to be a light yellow shade every time; this shows that you are hydrated. Dark yellow urine shows dehydration, which can cause cerebral pains, exhaustion, and tipsiness. Couple that with unhealthy foods, and it could be a formula for disaster.
