Dakota looked around her and shut off the light, listening closely for any sounds that may have been coming from the hallway. She couldn’t risk being seen by more than just the doorman. Deeper research had led her to believe that he kept stashes of money in his apartment building that he smuggled off to Swiss banks (or perhaps some other European nation) at the end of each month.
