“How long until we get a phone call from Pipe demanding we come and get the girls?” Nickel asked.

I watched the taillights of the bus until they disappeared. “Well, I’m hoping everything will be fine, but I honestly don’t have a clue. We should probably enjoy the peace while we have it. God knows what will happen.”

Clash opened the door to the clubhouse. “Well, in that case, I’m gonna go take a nap and then probably order pizza.”

“Hell yeah,” Nickel agreed. “Cole has been mixing up his days and nights for the past week. I could use a couple of hours of uninterrupted sleep.”

Kingston was a pretty good sleeper, but I never slept that well because I always wanted to be alert when he needed me. “Meet back up for pizza around lunchtime?” I suggested.

The guys agreed, and we all filed back to our bedrooms.

We had a day free from women and children, and we were all going to nap.

Maybe getting a few prospects in here would liven us up a bit.

But for now, we’d sleep.
